How can I become a Volunteer?

Does the Lycian Centre offer a Senior Citizen discount?
We do not offer a senior discount because we keep our ticket prices as low as possible to be consistently affordable for everyone.
Does the Lycian Centre offer a a discount for children?
We do offer a Youth ticket price for those 18 years of age and younger to encourage children to experience live performances.
Does my infant need a ticket?
Children 3 years of age and under are not permitted to most main stage productions. All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket for entry to any show.
Do you offer group rates?
Group rates are offered for sales of 10 or more Adult priced tickets. Click here for additional information.
How many seats does the Lycian Centre have?
The Lycian main stage theatre holds 689 seats. The Pavilion can accommodate from 100 to 260 depending on the configuration per event.
What happens if there is snow or other inclement weather?
The show must go on! The show will take place as long as the performers are on site. If for some reason a show must be cancelled, we will make every effort to contact all ticket buyers.
What is your location/address for GPS mapping?
Our street address is 1351 Kings Highway in Sugar Loaf, New York 10981. However, some GPS designate the town as Chester, New York 10918.
Is there ample parking?
There is a large parking lot adjacent to the theatre and parking is free!
Parking for persons with disabilities?
Parking is in the front of the theatre near the main entrance for those with a disability parking permit.
Is the Lycian Centre accessible for people with disabilities?
The Lycian is fully accessible for people with disabilities including at the main entrance, entering the inner theatre and specific restroom facilities.
May I cancel my reservation?
With the exception of Friends of the Theatre and Subscribers who have exchange privileges, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
